A Tale of Two Bridges (ATOTB) and the Rotary Club of Houston Skyline are seeking qualified vendors to design, fabricate, and install a welcoming gateway structure at the MKT Heights Hike and Bike Trail trailhead located at Yale Street and 7th Street. This project aims to enhance the trail experience by creating an attractive, functional space that provides wayfinding information, celebrates neighborhood identity, and serves as a gathering place for the community.

The ideal vendor will bring creative design expertise, experience with outdoor installations, and a collaborative approach to community engagement. We are looking for a partner who can deliver a high-quality, durable structure that reflects the character of the Heights neighborhood while meeting our Spring 2026 installation deadline.

This RFP outlines project goals, scope of work, design requirements, timeline, and submission instructions. We encourage interested vendors to carefully review all sections, complete the Intent to Apply by Tuesday December 9, and submit comprehensive proposals by Tuesday December 23, 2025.
